Michaëlla Bouchard-Racine

Lawyer-Investigator

Michaëlla is an advisor and lawyer-investigator on our team. She has a long-standing passion for equality issues and respect for fundamental rights, and currently works on complaints of discrimination, harassment and violence in the workplace.

Prior to joining the Latitude team, Michaëlla practiced as a litigation lawyer with a boutique firm specializing in human rights law, where she worked on cases involving labour, administrative, constitutional and professional law. She previously worked at the Human Rights Tribunal and interned at the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse.

Michaëlla holds a bachelor’s degree in law as well as a graduate diploma in common law and transnational law.
