Michaëlla Bouchard-Racine
Lawyer-Investigator
Michaëlla is a lawyer-investigator on our team. She has a long-standing passion for issues of equality and respect for fundamental rights, and works on discrimination, harassment and violence in the workplace mandates.
Prior to joining the Latitude team, Michaëlla practiced as a litigation lawyer with a boutique firm specializing in human rights, where she worked on cases involving labour, administrative, constitutional and professional law. She previously worked at the Human Rights Tribunal of Quebec and interned at the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse.
Michaëlla holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Juris Doctor (JD) from the Université de Sherbrooke.
