Understanding and Identifying Psychosocial Risks in the Workplace
Psychosocial risks (PSR) encompass a range of factors linked to work organization, management practices and interpersonal relations. When poorly managed, these factors can affect the mental, physical and social well-being of employees.
As of October 6, 2025, all organizations will have to assess the PSRs present in their work environment and integrate them into their prevention program. PSRs are not subjective; they are well-documented and measurable. A rigorous approach makes it possible to identify, reduce and prevent them, in order to create a safe and healthy working environment.
