Susan Gottman 
Director, Organizational Development Specialist

Susan leads our workplace assessment, conflict resolution, and coaching team. With over 15 years in executive coaching, group facilitation, employee relations, and Organizational Development, and 25 years in strategic planning and communications, she strongly believes that people learn through doing. She conducts mandates in both English and French.

Her multifaceted background and experience in a diverse array of organizations position her as an asset, bringing a wealth of insight to the forefront of workplace human dynamics.

Susan works with organizations helping them to become more effective and aware of the behaviours, processes, and structures that contribute to a healthy workplace environment. Her strategic interventions elevate organizations by cultivating positive work climates.

She previously led the Organizational Development and Culture team at a major Canadian financial institution, and before that, consulted in the field of Organizational Development as well as operated a marketing and design firm. Susan holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Systems Intervention and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Human Relations from Concordia, as well as certificates in Change Management, Human Resources data analysis, and University teaching.
