Marie-Ève Sens 
Organizational Psychologist & Mediator

Marie-Ève Sens holds a doctorate in workplace and organizational psychology from the Université de Montréal. Her doctoral dissertation focuses on the link between emotional intelligence and transformational leadership.

Prior to joining Latitude, Ms. Sens worked in large parapublic companies on organizational development, workplace climate assessment, equity, diversity and inclusion, and personnel selection mandates. In addition, Ms. Sens has taught at the University of Montreal as a lecturer in personality psychology.

As part of her functions at Latitude, Ms. Sens works on organizational workplace climate analysis mandates. She is also involved in mandates related to conflict prevention and resolution and harassment in organizations.
