Stéphanie Frenette-Marier
Lawyer-Investigator
Stéphanie joined our team as a lawyer-investigator specializing in psychological, sexual and discriminatory harassment. After completing her studies in psychology and law, Stéphanie began her career working with a wide variety of organizations, in roles combining her legal, interpersonal and business administration skills. Her experience testifies to an in-depth understanding of human and organizational dynamics.
A lawyer since 2015, Stéphanie first gained experience in criminal law, developing an acumen for conflict resolution and managing sensitive cases.
For nearly eight years, Stéphanie invested her efforts in legal recruitment. She managed selection processes, took part in team training and implemented strategies to advise a varied clientele made up of organizations operating in the private and public spheres. These experiences have strengthened her understanding of human issues in the workplace and honed her skills in managing and assessing interpersonal relationships.
Stéphanie is recognized for her empathetic, objective and human approach.
