About our Investigation Certificate
This course is designed for anyone who is responsible for investigating complaints of harassment in the workplace. Through this course, you will acquire in-depth knowledge of investigations, including methodology, conducting interviews, analysis and report drafting.
Hands-On Training
In addition to reviewing the fundamental principles of investigations, you will have the opportunity to take part in a carefully designed mock investigation, which will take you through all the stages of an investigation, from its initiation to the delivery of the final report. This immersive approach will allow you to actually experience an investigation and, in doing so, become familiar with how to deal with complaints in a structured and effective way while avoiding common pitfalls.
Your Toolbox
As part of the training, you will receive a copy of the Investigator’s Guide, which includes tools and templates for the various stages of an investigation. This guide will be an invaluable resource for your professional practice.
Certificate and Continuing Education
At the end of this course, each participant will receive a certificate of attendance attesting to the skills and knowledge acquired.
As part of the mandatory continuing education required by their professional order, participants select the training activities that are relevant to the practice of their profession and that best meet their needs. A certificate of attendance will be issued, but recognition of the provider is no longer required. It is the participant’s responsibility to declare their training hours.
If you have any questions about the declaration and recognition of continuing education activities, please contact the relevant professional orders directly.
Other Options Available
Please note that this training can be adapted to suit your needs. For example, our team also offers this certificate in the form of separate modules, as well as in English.
