Alexandra Giroux 
Intern, PhD Candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology

Alexandra is a dedicated professional with a deep commitment to promoting psychological health in the workplace. She is currently completing her PhD in Industrial-Organizational psychology and is expected to graduate in 2025.

Her research focuses on the concept of passion for work and its impact on workers’ psychological health. Specifically, her work aims to identify job characteristics that foster either harmonious or obsessive passion and to understand how these dynamics positively or negatively influence psychological health.

Before joining Latitude, Alexandra enhanced her expertise by collaborating with private companies on change management and organizational development projects. She also worked on mandates involving risk factor assessments and organizational climate analyses, supporting organizations in improving their work environments.

Passionate, meticulous, and people-oriented, Alexandra leverages her scientific knowledge and practical experience to help organizations create healthy and engaging workplaces.
