Valérie McDuff 
Partner, Lawyer-Investigator, Mediator and CHRP

As a Partner and Lawyer-Investigator, Valérie acts exclusively as a neutral and impartial third party in mandates involving the prevention and management of harassment and conflict in the workplace. Through her active listening and her caring, empathetic approach, she creates a climate of trust that enables each person to express their needs, clarify sources of tension, and move toward a constructive resolution of conflicts.

Valérie focuses on psychological harassment investigation mandates as well as in the mediation of psychological harassment complaints. She intervenes in complex and sensitive situations involving members of management or boards of directors. She has also developed an expertise in cases of sexual violence and complaints against managers.

Valérie is currently pursuing the Professional Goal-Centric Certified Coach program at Concordia University. Prior to specializing in harassment prevention and management, she practiced labour and employment law within an international law firm. A member of the Quebec Bar and accredited mediator, she is also a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
