Valérie McDuff
Partner, Lawyer-Investigator, Mediator and CHRP
Valérie is partner and lawyer practicing labour and employment lawyer who acts exclusively as a neutral and impartial third party in mandates involving the prevention and management of harassment and conflict in the workplace.
She is currently pursuing the Professional Goal-Centric Certified Coach program at Concordia University. Valérie focuses on psychological harassment investigation mandates as well as in the mediation of psychological harassment complaints. She intervenes in complex and sensitive situations involving members of management or boards of directors. She has also developed an expertise in cases of sexual misconduct and complaints against managers.
Prior to specializing in harassment prevention and management, Valérie practiced labour and employment law within an international law firm. Valérie is a member of the Quebec Bar and is an accredited mediator. She holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (LL.B.) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Université de Montréal and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
