Valerie is an advisor and lawyer investigator at Latitude. She acts exclusively as a neutral and impartial third party in mandates involving the prevention and management of discrimination, harassment, violence and conflict in the workplace.
Prior to joining the Latitude team, Valerie completed her articling and began her private practice in a boutique firm of old Montreal specialized in family, civil and real estate law.
Her experience in the litigation field has brought her a wide range of skills that are useful in the execution of her mandates at Latitude, including analysis, communication, writing and management of emotions. She also has a strong interest in human psychology and interpersonal relations, keeping these aspects at the heart of her interventions in order to ensure the proper orientation of her files.
