Valérie Antonacci
Lawyer-Investigator

Valerie is an advisor and lawyer investigator at Latitude. She acts exclusively as a neutral and impartial third party in mandates involving the prevention and management of discrimination, harassment, violence and conflict in the workplace.

She specializes in psychological and sexual harassment investigations and has been involved in investigation processes within organizations of all sizes across Canada, in both French and English.

Prior to joining Latitude, Valerie completed her articling and began her litigation career in private practice at a boutique firm. This experience provided her with a range of skills that are useful in carrying out her mandates at Latitude, particularly in analysis, communication, writing, and emotion management.

She also has a keen interest in human psychology and interpersonal relations, keeping these aspects at the heart of her interventions in order to ensure the proper orientation of her files.

Valerie is a member of the Quebec Bar and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Université de Sherbrooke.
