Valérie Antonacci
Lawyer-Investigator

Valerie is an advisor and lawyer investigator at Latitude. She acts exclusively as a neutral and impartial third party in mandates involving the prevention and management of discrimination, harassment, violence and conflict in the workplace.

Her experience in the litigation field has brought her a wide range of skills that are useful in the execution of her mandates at Latitude, including analysis, communication, writing and management of emotions. She also has a strong interest in human psychology and interpersonal relations, keeping these aspects at the heart of her interventions in order to ensure the proper orientation of her files.

Valerie is a member of the Quebec Bar and holds a bachelor’s degree in civil law from Sherbrooke University. During her studies, she had the opportunity to complete an academic exchange in France at the University of Toulouse Capitole.
