Tess is an investigator with many years of experience at the firm. Bilingual, she has taken part in over a hundred investigation processes in organizations of all sizes across Canada. Her approach is distinguished by the precision of her methodology, her human touch and her ability to handle any eventuality with confidence.

As a Director, Ms. Forbes oversees a team of investigators at Latitude. Her skillful management includes a remarkable ability to coordinate her team’s efforts, ensure the quality of investigations, and maintain a collaborative environment. She ensures that every investigation is carried out with rigor, professionalism, and in accordance with our firm’s high standards.

Prior to joining Latitude, Ms. Forbes gained valuable experience in the federal public service and at the Canada Border Services Agency. Her career path exposed her to the management of sensitive files and tight deadlines, reinforcing her ability to handle delicate issues with discernment.​
