Tess is an investigator with many years of experience at the firm. Bilingual, she has taken part in over a hundred investigation processes in organizations of all sizes across Canada. Her approach is distinguished by the precision of her methodology, her human touch and her ability to handle any eventuality with confidence.
As a team leader, she oversees a team of investigators. Her skilful management is characterized by a remarkable ability to coordinate her team’s efforts, ensure survey quality and maintain a collaborative environment. Thanks to her expertise and proactive management, she ensures that every investigation is carried out with rigor, professionalism, and in accordance with our firm’s high standards.
Tess holds a Diplôme d’Études Collégiales (DEC) in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Montréal. Prior to joining Latitude, she gained valuable experience in the federal public service and at the Canada Border Services Agency. Her career path exposed her to the management of sensitive files and tight deadlines, reinforcing her ability to handle delicate issues with discernment.
