Steve Papineau 
Lawyer-Investigator

Steve is a Director and lawyer investigator at Latitude. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in translation and a Bachelor of Law from the Université de Montréal. Steve is also a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators, an association with more than 1,400 members worldwide dedicated to promoting and enhancing the quality of impartial workplace investigations, where he participated as Faculty for their Training Institute, teaching interview and report writing techniques.

Prior to joining Latitude, Steve worked for an important transportation company and led the implementation of the new Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulations that came into force on January 1st, 2021. Steve also worked as a workplace investigator for one of Canada’s biggest cities.
