Sophie Roy-Lafleur

Sophie is a certified professional coach and the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Latitude. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in client service—including more than a decade in labour and employment law, human resources, and professional development—she works at the intersection of strategy and human development to help organizations cultivate leadership, alignment, and trust.

Throughout her career, Sophie has partnered with and advised businesses of all sizes and sectors. Her business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to communicate with clarity and build trust have consistently driven successful outcomes.

In her coaching practice, Sophie is often engaged by organizations to work with leaders and professionals looking to strengthen key competencies such as communication, collaboration, and leadership. Her warm, grounded approach creates the space for reflection, learning, and meaningful change.

Alongside her coaching work, Sophie contributes to the firm’s long-term vision and growth by leading strategic partnerships, developing new markets, and supporting client relationship management. She collaborates with the leadership team on business development strategy and oversees proposals, marketing, and external positioning.

Fully bilingual in English and French, Sophie holds a double degree in civil law and common law from McGill University and completed her Professional Goal-Centric Coach (PGCC) certification through Concordia University’s John Molson Executive Centre. She is an accredited mediator, as well as a member of both the Quebec Bar and the Law Society of Ontario.
