Sandrine Thibault 
Lawyer-Investigator

Sandrine is an advisor and lawyer-investigator at Latitude. During her studies at Université de Montréal’s Faculty of Law, she became involved in community work, in particular with an organization dealing with sexual and psychological harassment in the workplace.
 
As part of her work in the community, Sandrine has had the opportunity to assist people who have been subjected to a situation of harassment in their workplace, whether they decide to take legal action or not. This experience allowed her to become aware of the issues related to harassment and discrimination in different work environments, which will serve her greatly in the context of the various mandates on which she will work at Latitude.
