Safi Nsiempba 
Lawyer-Investigator

Safi is an advisor and lawyer investigator at Latitude. She acts as a neutral and impartial third party in mandates involving the prevention and management of discrimination, harassment, violence, and conflict in the workplace.    

Prior to joining the Latitude team, Safi worked as a student-at-law and articled with a national firm.  

Safi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Université of Montréal and a Juris Doctor degree from the same university. During her studies, Safi worked as a research assistant in international health law and as a Coordinator of the Pro Bono Chapter at Université of Montréal. Safi was also a member of the Black Law Student Association and helped create the first scholarship awarded to black students at the Université of Montréal’s  Faculty of Law.
