Safa Hammoud
Lawyer-Investigator

Safa is an advisor and lawyer-investigator at Latitude. Empathetic and committed to the protection of human rights, she acts as a neutral and impartial third party in cases involving harassment, violence, discrimination and conflict in the workplace. In the course of her work, Safa is also called upon to take part in climate assessment and neutral evaluation mandates in organisations.

Before joining the Latitude team, Safa practised civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on insurance law. Rigorous and eager to learn new things, Safa handles her cases diligently, while ensuring that her work is thorough and of the highest quality.

As well as being a lawyer, Safa has a bachelor’s degree in communication sciences. Drawing on these two disciplines, Safa has developed an in-depth understanding of organisational communication as well as a high level of professionalism.

Having always attached great importance to community engagement, Safa sits on the board of directors of a not-for-profit organisation whose aim is to forge links between Quebec and the immigrant communities of the Fertile Crescent.
