Réginal Labonté

Réginal is an advisor and lawyer investigator at Latitude. He acts as a neutral and impartial third party in mandates involving the prevention and management of discrimination, harassment, violence, and conflict in the workplace.

Prior to joining the Latitude team, Réginal worked as a student-at-law, completed his articling and began his practice with a major boutique firm specializing in civil and commercial litigation.

Réginal holds a Bachelor of Civil Law degree and a Juris Doctor degree from McGill University. He also completed a minor in sociology. During his studies, Réginal worked as a research assistant to the Assistant Vice-Principal (Equity and Academic Policies) of McGill University and as a tutorial leader for the first-year Legal Methodology course.

Réginal has a keen interest in governance, human resources management within organizations and alternative dispute resolution.
