Mathilde Crépeau 
Lawyer-Investigator

Mathilde is an advisor and lawyer-investigator at Latitude. She acts as a neutral and impartial third party in mandates involving harassment, violence, discrimination and conflict in the workplace. Always motivated by the prospect of learning, Mathilde attaches great importance to collaboration and adopts a rigorous approach in carrying out her mandates.

Prior to joining Latitude, Mathilde worked for a number of years in a major Montreal firm specializing in labour and employment law, where her clientele included both public and private organizations. There, she carried out a variety of mandates, allowing her to grasp the complexity of labour and employment law issues, as well as developing her abilities in drafting, analysis and conciseness.

She previously articled in the public service and worked in a general practice law firm, where she represented individuals, leveraging her empathy and attentive listening skills.
