Marianne Bourgeois 
Financial Controller

Marianne holds the position of Financial Controller at Latitude, where she actively contributes to the management and optimization of the organization’s financial processes. Prior to joining the team, she worked for over five years as an auditor with a renowned Big Four accounting firm. In this capacity, she had the opportunity to carry out audit assignments for public and private companies, covering a wide range of sectors, both in Canada and abroad.

Notably, she spent two years in London as part of an overseas transfer, an experience that enabled her to develop an international perspective, hone her skills in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and strengthen her ability to evolve in complex, multicultural environments. These years of experience have consolidated her technical expertise in accounting, her professional rigor, as well as her keen sense of analysis and problem-solving.

Marianne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, as well as a Diplôme d’études supérieures spécialisées (DESS) in Professional Accounting from HEC Montréal. She is also a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec, holding the title of CPA auditor.
