Madalina completed a Bachelor of Civil Law and Juris Doctor degree at McGill University. Before embarking on her legal studies, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Clinical Nursing with a Collaborative Specialization in Women’s Health from the University of Toronto.

With extensive experience in diverse healthcare settings, including long term-care, hospital settings and municipal public health departments, Madalina’s exposure to various work environments has shaped her profound commitment to fostering healthier workplace cultures. Inspired by her firsthand encounters and motivated by the challenges posed by the pandemic, she endeavors to make a meaningful contribution to the well-being and overall work-life balance of individuals across Canada.
