Madalina Cretu 
Lawyer-Investigator

Madalina is an Advisor at Latitude, where she acts exclusively as a neutral and impartial third party in various mandates focused on the prevention and management of workplace conflicts, including investigations related to discrimination, psychological harassment, and violence. She has extensive experience working with organizations of all sizes, across the public and private sectors, in unionized and non-unionized environments.

Madalina holds both a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Bachelor of Common Law from McGill University and is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario. Prior to her legal studies, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Clinical Nursing with a Collaborative Specialization in Women’s Health from the University of Toronto. With her extensive experience in various workplace settings, Madalina is well-equipped to conduct thorough and impartial investigations.
