Laurence Larrivée-Fortin 
Director, Lawyer-Investigator, Mediator & CHRP

Laurence is Director of Professional Services at our firm. Since 2016, she has primarily acted as an investigator specializing in psychological harassment, sexual violence, incivility and various other issues that may arise in the workplace or educational settings. She also conducts admissibility assessments, mediations and workplace climate assessments. She works with public and private organizations of all sizes. Her interventions are based on impartiality, rigour, objectivity and fairness.

 

Before joining Latitude, Laurence completed her articling at an international business law firm, where she subsequently worked for a year in the field of knowledge management. She then worked as an investigator at a firm specializing in dispute prevention and resolution in Montreal, before practicing independently for several years.

 

Based in Quebec City, Laurence is well-positioned to serve a diverse clientele across Eastern Quebec.
