Kassandra Lee is an Operations Coordinator at Latitude, where she supports teams through a structured approach, clear communication, and meticulous oversight of administrative processes.

Her multidisciplinary background spans the arts, education, customer service, and administrative support. A graduate in fashion design from the Richard Robinson Academy, she began her career developing stage costumes for an internationally recognized studio before transitioning into more operational roles. Kassandra has led workshops and worked in sales, production, and logistics, cultivating a human-centered, rigorous, and versatile approach.

Curious and committed, she is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at Concordia University, exploring the intersections of design, sustainability, and organizational practices. She aspires to contribute to inclusive and efficient work environments where collaboration and precision foster innovation.
