Julia Poulin 
Director, Lawyer-Investigator & Mediator

Julia is a Director of Professional Services on our team. Driven by a long-standing passion for human rights and governance issues, she brings her expertise to sensitive cases involving sexual and psychological harassment, as well as discrimination. She is known for her thoroughness and speed in handling cases, respecting the rights of all parties and focusing on sustainable solutions that promote healthy and respectful work environments.

Throughout her career, Julia has demonstrated sensitivity and discernment in managing complex and strategic cases—often contentious, high-profile, or involving influential organizational actors and decision-making bodies. She combines analytical rigor with a pragmatic and creative approach to propose tailored solutions that strengthen trust and stability within organizations. More recently, she has also been working as an Accredited Mediator for the Barreau du Québec and participating in various training mandates. She draws on her teaching skills and ability to mobilize people with a view to preventing and proactively managing conflicts.

As a Director, Julia supervises a team of investigators, whom she confidently guides in the completion of a variety of mandates. Her listening skills, enlightened leadership, and high standards of quality are the pillars of her work.
