Julia Poulin

Julia is a Senior Advisor at Latitude. Driven by a long-standing passion for human rights, diversity and inclusion, she applies her expertise to sensitive mandates involving discrimination, psychological harassment and sexual violence. She is renowned for conducting her cases promptly, while respecting the rights of all parties involved.
As a team leader, she supervises a team of investigators, confidently guiding them through a variety of mandates. Her enlightened leadership and commitment to professional ethics are essential pillars of her collaborative approach.
Julia holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master’s degree in International Law and Applied International Politics from the Université de Sherbrooke. She also completed a Master 2 in European and International Law in the field of Governance at the Université Côte d’Azur in France. Prior to joining Latitude, Ms. Poulin was an intern with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees in Amman, Jordan.
