Jordan Dessertine 
Facilitator and M.A. in Human Systems Intervention

Jordan holds a Master of Arts in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University. In his role as Senior Advisor conducting workplace climate assessments at Latitude, he designs inclusive, human-centered strategies to help organizations to create a healthier and more efficient work environment.

His approach combines his expertise in human behaviour and group dynamics with his prior training in philosophy, education and project management. His experience includes workplace intervention mandates in the government, education, non-profit and private sectors.

Prior to joining Latitude, Jordan worked in the federal public sector, developing intersectoral collaborative processes in the context of national-level Indigenous-led marine protected conservation initiatives.
