Ibrahima Koulibaly 
Business Transformation Manager

Ibrahima joined Latitude as a Business Transformation Manager. As such, he supports upper management and all teams in the continuous improvement of processes, operational optimization, and the deployment of new strategic initiatives. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, he helps formalize the management vision and translate it into concrete priorities, action plans, and performance indicators.

Before joining Latitude, Ibrahima held several positions in finance departments, notably in internal audit, accounting close, general accounting, and financial consolidation. He then enriched his skills in consulting, where he carried out several projects involving the implementation of financial systems, process optimization, governance, and change management, notably within various consulting firms, including one of the Big 4.

Ibrahima holds a Bachelor (licence) in Management and a Master of Science Financial Expertise, with a concentration in audit, control and finance, from ESAM Paris.
