Geneviève Tremblay Plourde

Geneviève has been with Latitude for several years and now acts as a Manager. She specializes in matters of respect for the individual, prevention and management of conflicts, psychological harassment, violence and discrimination in the workplace.
Geneviève has conducted several workplace climate analyses and neutral assessments, in addition to supporting ombudspersons in sensitive cases requiring great rigour and a keen understanding of human dynamics. She has contributed to the development of client needs assessment strategies, while assisting them in the implementation of investigation, workplace assessment and organizational development processes.
Her legal training and experience in investigations, risk analysis, and conflict prevention and management enable her to accurately identify factors that hinder collaboration and engagement. She helps define courses of action tailored to the needs of teams and supports the adoption of organizational practices that promote a healthy and effective work environment.
