Flavie Dion-Cliche 
Intern, PhD Candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology

Flavie is a passionate professional who currently works as a student at Latitude while completing her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Her research focuses on workplace harassment in the restaurant industry. Her doctoral thesis delves into the predominant risk factors associated with this specific phenomenon, as well as the consequences on the psychological well-being of those affected. An essential aspect of her project is to evaluate how the quality of work motivation can influence the impact of exposure to workplace harassment on the psychological wellbeing of employees.

Before joining the team at Latitude, Flavie gained valuable experience working in private companies, where she contributed to organizational development projects and personnel selection. She also provided her expertise in risk factor assessment for various organizations.
