Étienne Jean 
Lawyer-Investigator

Étienne is a senior advisor and lawyer investigator. He regularly intervenes in complaints of psychological, sexual and discriminatory harassment, and discrimination. He acts exclusively as a neutral third party in a variety of mandates, such as climate analysis, administrative investigation and outsourcing of the complaint and reporting resolution process. He works with organizations of all sizes, in the public and private sectors, in both unionized and non-unionized environments. He works with organizations under provincial and federal jurisdictions, where he conducts mandates in both English and French.

Étienne joined the team as an articling student in the fall of 2021 and as a lawyer in April 2022. He is a member of the Quebec Bar and holds a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Juris Doctor in Common Law from the University of Sherbrooke. He is also an accredited mediator in civil, commercial and labour matters.
