Élise Noonan-Soulié 
Lawyer-Investigator

Élise is a lawyer-investigator who acts as a neutral and impartial third party in mandates involving harassment, violence, discrimination and workplace conflicts. In her work, she draws on her diligence, attention to detail and analytical mind. She also attaches great importance to teamwork and team spirit.

Prior to joining Latitude, Élise practiced law with a firm specializing in employment law, representing a clientele made up of private companies and government agencies. In this capacity, she was called upon to solve many complex legal problems by proposing innovative and practical solutions.

During her law studies, Élise also completed a research internship at the Quebec Court of Appeal and an internship at a college. These varied professional experiences enabled her to deepen her writing skills and develop her versatility.
