Edward R. Muzaleno

Edward is an advisor and lawyer-investigator specialized in labour and employment law. Versatile and naturally curious, Edward stands out for his intellectual rigor, professionalism, and team spirit.

In his role, Edward acts as a neutral and impartial third party in mandates involving the prevention and management of harassment and conflicts in the workplace. He is also called upon to intervene in workplace climate assessments and neutral evaluations.

Before joining the team, Edward practiced civil and labor law at a prominent Montreal firm, where he worked with a clientele consisting of private companies and government agencies. Edward has diverse professional experience, including internships at an international aerospace company and an executive recruitment firm. Additionally, Edward was involved in over twenty investigation processes while working as a Law Student at Latitude.

Edward is a member of the Quebec Bar and holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from the Université de Montréal and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Concordia University, where he was a member of its Institute for Co-operative Education.
