Ann Brosseau 
Trainer & Coach

Ann is a bilingual (EEE) professional with over 25 years of experience in education and training and 20 years of experience in the design and implementation of human resource management strategies, programs and interventions, including learning and development, staffing, organizational development, competency-based management, human resource and succession planning, diversity and inclusion.

She has designed courses and taught in the areas of organizational psychology, human resource management and leadership at the university level from 2003 to 2019 (McGill University and Université du Québec en Outaouais) and at the collegial level in 2017-2018 (La Cité, Alfred Campus). She has held consulting and management roles in a variety of organizations, including the House of Commons (Ottawa) and the School of Continuing Education at McGill University (Montreal). From 2008 to 2020, Ann ran her own human resource management consulting practice.
