Andréa Baptiste
Lawyer-Investigator
Andréa is a lawyer-investigator at Latitude. She acts as a neutral and impartial third party in matters involving workplace harassment and discrimination.
After completing her articling at a provincial law firm, Andréa worked as a harassment and discrimination officer at a higher education institution in Montreal. She continued her professional career in an educational organization, first as a personnel management advisor specializing in work climate and harassment, then as a services coordinator specializing in labour relations.
Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in civil law and common law from McGill University and is a member of the Quebec Bar. During her university studies, Andréa was involved as a volunteer and then as director of the McGill Legal Information Clinic, a legal clinic whose mission is to improve access to justice in the university community and the Montreal community.
