Alexandria Stoyanova
Lawyer-Investigator
Alexandria is a senior advisor and lawyer-investigator at Latitude. She brings a sharp analytical mind and keen understanding of organizational dynamics, developed through extensive experience in labour and employment law.
Before joining the team, Alexandria practiced as in-house legal counsel specializing in labour and employment law within large organizations under both provincial and federal jurisdiction. She supported human resources teams across the country in their workplace interventions, including internal investigations and conflict management. She has also designed and delivered internal training programs for managers, aimed at promoting a respectful and equitable work environment that complies with legal obligations.
Alexandria holds a Bachelor of Civil Law. She is also in the process of completing her common law training, which further enriches her already well-established bilingual legal profile. Committed to inclusion and collective well-being, Alexandria sits on the board of directors of an organization dedicated to the integration of people with intellectual disabilities.
