Michèle Robichaud 
Lawyer-Investigator & Mediator

Michèle is a Senior Advisor, lawyer-investigator and mediator at Latitude. Michèle defines herself by her thoroughness, bilingualism and ability to listen.

Prior to joining Latitude, she held the position of Senior Advisor, Employee Relations at a major Canadian financial institution. In this role, Michèle was responsible for ensuring the governance of this employer’s practices for the prevention of harassment, violence and discrimination in the workplace. In addition, she was responsible for liaising between the employer and various external investigators, ensuring that mandates to investigate harassment, violence and discrimination were dealt with quickly, rigorously and efficiently.

Michèle also practised employment and labour law for many years with one of Canada’s largest law firms.

She holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (with great distinction) and a Bachelor of Common Law (with distinction) from the University of Ottawa. She has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2008. She is also an accredited mediator with the Quebec Bar.
