PRESS RELEASELatitude launches Divergences, its very first annual conference

Montreal, December 11, 2025 – Latitude is pleased to announce the launch of its new annual conference, Divergences 2026, to be held on April 30, 2026, in Montréal at Espace 21, Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth.

Centred around the theme “Perspectives on resolving conflict within organizations,” this inaugural edition offers an in-depth reflection on human dynamics at the heart of professional environments. Divergences draws inspiration from real-world organizational realities: a multiplicity of viewpoints, contrasting perceptions, and areas of tension which, while a source of richness, also raise concrete challenges.

The event will bring together executives, managers, human resources professionals, lawyers, investigators, and other specialists to bridge the gap between compliance requirements and day-to-day realities, organizational expectations and human experience.

On the agenda:

  • Insightful talks on key topics including: psychosocial risks, biases and blind spots, complaint and report management, and conflict resolution.
  • Interactive panels to share perspectives and enhance practices.
  • Open discussions to explore innovative and sustainable approaches to maintaining or restoring healthy environments.

With Divergences, we aim to create a space where legal perspectives, management practices, and lived experiences come together to inform decision-making and generate concrete courses of action

says David Ward, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Latitude.

This is the first edition of this annual conference powered by Latitude, marking an important milestone in its mission to foster healthy, harmonious, and human-centred environments. Full program details and registration information will be announced in the coming weeks.
