Sarah Cheddad
Lawyer-Investigator
Sarah is a Senior Advisor and lawyer investigator at Latitude. She acts as a neutral and impartial third party in mandates involving conflict prevention, psychological harassment, discrimination and violence in the workplace.
Prior to joining Latitude, Sarah conducted administrative investigations in matters of discrimination and discriminatory harassment at the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse. These experiences allowed her to recognize her clients’ needs and vulnerabilities in order to offer a human-centered and adapted intervention, while maintaining her impartiality. Throughout each step of the investigation, she is committed to offering an ethical and high quality service.
Sarah has had the opportunity to acquire a variety of legal experience in different contexts such as the public service, in-house and in law firms. This diversity of career paths has allowed her to develop the skills needed to respond effectively to the needs of different types of clients.
Sarah has a keen interest in human rights. Diversity, inclusion, equality and equity are values that guide her work.
