Lianne Cihlar
Lawyer-Investigator
Lianne is an Advisor and lawyer investigator at Latitude. She acts exclusively as a neutral and impartial third party in mandates involving the prevention and management of discrimination, harassment, violence and conflict in the workplace. She regularly acts in complex investigations pertaining to psychological harassment, as well as complaints involving the exercise of management rights.
Prior to joining the Latitude team, Lianne articled at a national law firm and went on to work for several years in private practice in Calgary at a boutique family law firm.
Lianne holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Quebec and Alberta Bars. As a summer student during her law studies, she worked for the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal. Lianne also holds an undergraduate degree in International Relations and Economics from the University of Toronto.
