Lanh Dugas

Lawyer-Investigator

Lanh is an advisor and lawyer-investigator at Latitude. She acts exclusively as a neutral and impartial third party in mandates involving the prevention and management of discrimination, harassment, violence, and conflict in the workplace.

Lanh completed her articling and then began her private practice in a firm specializing in civil law, administrative law and housing law. In addition, Lanh also acted as a prevention officer for the CNESST and offered training sessions to promote rights and obligations in labor law.

Lanh holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Sherbrooke and is a member of the Quebec Bar. During her university career, she was involved in the National Student Pro Bono Network, a volunteer organization whose mission is to provide access to justice for all. In this capacity, she hosted weekly legal information capsules on the Université de Sherbrooke’s student radio station on various areas of law.
