Hortense Bleytou
Investigator & Mediator
Hortense is an Advisor at Latitude. She works on various mandates, including respect for the person, prevention and management of conflicts, and organizational workplace climate analysis. Since 2018, Hortense completed several trainings in mediation and facilitation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Arts in Conflict Studies.
In the context of her studies and before joining the team, Hortense worked within universities, in a group and on projects related to peace, diversity and inclusion, gender and Indigenous peoples.
